Following the diagnostic assessment Richard explained fully the results of the assessment and what work was required to repair and improve the efficiency of the laptop. I was informed of the cost and Richard contacted me several times to discuss the progress of the repair. I was very pleased with Richard's services and his very pleasant manner, his patience when discussing the repair (I'm not very competent with computers!) and his experience, knowledge and skills are excellent. Over the last few years Richard has solved a number of problems with both my iPhone and Apple Mac. Including transferring photos. A new router. Down loading all the info from old computer to new…without his assistance I wouldn't be able to function in this digital age. (unless the grandchildren came to stay) which would be more expensive.

If called out he works to minimise his time and therefore costs to me. I last used him two weeks ago to diagnose that I needed a new computer, he advised of a good purchase which he set up for me transferring over all my relevant files. What a knowledgeable and friendly guy. Nothing is too much trouble. I have spent a long time trying to find IT support from someone who actually understands our issues and how to resolve them. He supports 8 PC's via actual visits or remotely, he has never been unable to help, the amount of issues are too varied to note from setting up a tablet to installing a 'state of the art' plotter and helped to build our IT equipment to suit our needs, along with all the other issues one faces with IT. I would recommend Richard 100%.

Excellent advice and support for me when my old Windows 7 PC started to become unreliable. I decided to purchase a new computer and I followed Richard's advice. Richard was able to transfer all my data to the new PC and talk me through becoming familiar with Windows 10. He also spotted a problem with the cable and suggested I use WiFi instead. It is certainly much quicker. Excellent service.
